Is VPlus SEC Registered? Status and CA Number

Contents

Yes. VPlus is SEC registered. The app is operated by Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation, a lending company whose platform "Vplus" has been recorded on the SEC's official online lending platforms list since January 10, 2020, entry 76, platform 118. Registration No. CS201918401 and Certificate of Authority 3158 come from the app's own listing. One mismatch needs daylight: the Google Play developer field names a different company. Verified September 16, 2026.

The short answer: what we verified

Item Status
Legal entity Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation, lending company
SEC registration CS201918401, per the app listing
CA number 3158, per the app listing (aggregator ploan.ph agrees); no public lending-CA registry exists
Online platform record Entry 76, platform 118 "Vplus", recorded January 10, 2020
Privacy declaration The listing declares registration with the National Privacy Commission
Official channels Google Play (ph.vplus.fast.cash.loan) and iOS app id6758645081; no official website
The mismatch Play developer field reads "Peso Agad Lending Corporation"; description, iOS seller, and SEC record say Philippine Vastness

The registry record is solid; the distribution paperwork has a wrinkle. The VPlus loan app review carries the full product math alongside this status check.

Six years on the record, months in the App Store

The platform's record date predates the app by a wide margin. Vplus entered the SEC's platform registry on January 10, 2020; the iPhone build shipped on March 20, 2026, and the Android package was last updated on June 9, 2026. That ordering is normal in this market: corporations registered their platforms years ago, then launched apps when the 2026 moratorium lift opened the floodgates.

It also means the corporate entity is not a newcomer. The SEC has known Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation by name for over six years, and no ban or advisory names the company in the enforcement records we track.

The developer-name mismatch

Here is the wrinkle, in full. Three sources agree that VPlus belongs to Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation: the app description, the iOS seller field, and the SEC's own platform record. One field disagrees: on Google Play, the developer box reads "Peso Agad Lending Corporation".

Both readings are possible. We do not pretend to know which is true. The innocent one: publishers migrate apps between related companies, and store paperwork lags. The bad one: a different company could be distributing under a registered platform's name. Public records cannot settle it. The page flags it and hands you the check. Run both names through Check With SEC, ask the hotline 1-4SEC, or email the support address in the listing, Helpcenter@vastness-vplus.com, and ask which company lends the money. Your Disclosure Statement inside the app must name the actual lender; that document outranks every store field.

How to verify VPlus yourself

Four checks, in order of strength.

  1. Confirm the platform record. Entry 76 of the January 26, 2026 list shows Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation with platform 118 "Vplus", recorded January 10, 2020.
  2. Check both company names. Ask Check With SEC or the 1-4SEC hotline about Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation and about Peso Agad Lending Corporation. The relationship, if any, should come from the regulator, not from a store page.
  3. Match the CA in your disclosure. The in-app Disclosure Statement must name the lender; CA 3158 should match it.
  4. Install only from the two official listings. No official website exists; APK mirrors and look-alike apps are the impostor pattern SEC advisories kept naming through 2026.

One caution covers every source, ours included. CA numbers quoted outside the registry are self-reported leads until they match an SEC record.

Frequently asked questions

Is VPlus legit ba or scam?

Legit ba? By registry standards, yes: a recorded platform since January 10, 2020, under Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation, with no enforcement action in the records we track. Two cautions remain: the CA number is self-published, and the Android developer field names a different company.

Why does the Play Store show a different developer?

We do not know. The description, the iOS seller, and the SEC record all say Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation; the Play developer field says Peso Agad Lending Corporation. We found no public explanation as of September 16, 2026, and the review lists the checks that settle it.

What is VPlus's CA number?

3158, printed in the app listing, with registration number CS201918401. An aggregator agrees on the certificate. There is no public registry of lending-company CA numbers, so confirm through Check With SEC or the 1-4SEC hotline.

Can I trust the app if the names mismatch?

Treat it as an open question, not a verdict. Verify both names with the SEC, then read your Disclosure Statement: the lender's legal name must appear there before you accept the loan. If the statement names neither company you checked, stop.

The bottom line for borrowers

VPlus is SEC registered, verified September 16, 2026: Philippine Vastness Lending Corporation, CS201918401, CA 3158 per the app listing, platform recorded since January 10, 2020. The Play Store developer mismatch stays visible here on purpose. Verification is a two-name job until it is resolved.
