Contents
Yes. Mabilis Cash is operated by Mabilis Cash Financing Corp., a financing company registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): Registration No. CS201907662, Certificate of Authority No. 1327. Two names, one company: Mali Lending became Mabilis Cash Financing
One company, two names, one registration number. The business started as Mali Lending Corp. and held lending CA No. 2968, a secondary-source number recorded by ploan.ph. It later converted into a financing company under the name Mabilis Cash Financing Corp. and received CA No. 1327, while keeping registration number CS201907662.
Lending and financing companies are different license classes: lending companies operate under RA 9474, financing companies under the stricter RA 8556 regime. A conversion is an upgrade, not a warning sign.
The SEC's own records are still catching up. The platforms list of January 26, 2026 still carries the entry under the old corporate name, so seeing "Mali Lending Corp" in a row is expected, not a red flag.
Registration did not stop the fakes
Here is the uncomfortable part. In March 2026 the SEC's second advisory on unrecorded platforms (GMA, March 12, 2026) listed fake clone apps in the App Store, and two of the names imitate this brand: "MabilisCash" and "Mabilis Credit". Then on June 13, 2026, the SEC warned about fakes posing as Mabilis Cash Financing Corp. itself (Inquirer coverage).
Registration protects a company on paper, not your screen. To keep the real one straight:
- Developer. The official Google Play listing shows "Mabilis Cash Financing Corp." exactly.
- Domains. Only mabiliscash.ph and mabiliscash.com are official.
- Certificate. The real operator carries CA No. 1327, checkable in the registry.
- Money direction. A real lender sends you money. Anyone asking for an upfront "release fee" is a fake, whatever the logo says.
If the app you found matches none of those, treat it as one of the illegal loan apps and do not feed it your ID.
How to verify Mabilis Cash yourself
Four free checks, in order of reliability.
- Search the SEC financing company registry for "Mabilis Cash Financing Corp." It lists the name, registration number, CA number, and date across roughly 780 entries.
- Open the recorded online lending platforms list. The latest release (January 26, 2026) covers 117 companies and about 178 platforms; Mabilis Cash is there under its old corporate name.
- Use Check With SEC, the commission's manual verification page.
- Still unsure? Call the SEC hotline: 1-4SEC.
One caution. CA numbers printed in app footers and review sites are self-reported leads until the name matches an official list; the old lending CA 2968 above is one such lead, sourced from a secondary aggregator.
What SEC registration actually gives you
Registration gives you a lawful lender and a complaint channel: the company passed the SEC's requirements to lend and can be reported if it crosses a line.
It does not give you a cheap loan. Mabilis Cash's own store listing discloses a maximum APR of 131%, and its website publishes no rate at all. It also does not guarantee approval or block clones. For the price picture, read the Mabilis Cash loan app review; for every licensed name, see our SEC registered lending apps list.
Frequently asked questions
What is the CA number of Mabilis Cash?
CA No. 1327, issued to Mabilis Cash Financing Corp. as a financing company. Before the conversion, the same registration (CS201907662) operated as Mali Lending Corp. under lending CA No. 2968, a secondary-source number. Checked September 16, 2026.
Is Mabilis Cash legit ba?
Yes, on paper: the operator is a registered financing company on the SEC's recorded online lending list. Borrow only through official channels (mabiliscash.ph or the official Google Play listing), because the SEC flagged fake clones in March and June 2026.
Is Mali Lending Corp. the same company as Mabilis Cash?
Yes. Mali Lending Corp. converted from a lending company into a financing company and became Mabilis Cash Financing Corp., keeping SEC registration number CS201907662.
Is MabilisCash in the App Store the real app?
Treat it as a fake until proven otherwise. An App Store clone called "MabilisCash" appears on the SEC's March 2026 fake list, alongside "Mabilis Credit". Our September 16, 2026 check found the official listing only on Google Play, under the developer "Mabilis Cash Financing Corp."
The bottom line for borrowers

The record stands as of September 16, 2026. Keep two habits: match the name against the registry before sharing any personal data, and never trust a loan app that asks for money first.
