Contents

The Mabilis Cash loan app is operated by Mabilis Cash Financing Corp., a financing company registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Registration No. CS201907662 and Certificate of Authority No. 1327. It offers credit limits from ₱2,000 to ₱90,000, and its Google Play listing discloses a maximum APR of 131%. We verified the license, recomputed the store's loan example, and untangled a point that keeps confusing borrowers: fake apps are stealing this name.

Is Mabilis Cash legit? What the SEC records show

Yes, on paper. Mabilis Cash Financing Corp. holds an active registration (CS201907662) and Certificate of Authority No. 1327, and the Mabilis Cash platform appears on the SEC's recorded online lending platforms list issued January 26, 2026, still entered under the old corporate name Mali Lending Corp. For the full record, see our page on whether Mabilis Cash is SEC registered.

Scammers exploit exactly this kind of name confusion. The company started as Mali Lending Corp., a lending company under CA No. 2968 (a secondary-source number, via ploan.ph). It later converted into a financing company and took the name Mabilis Cash Financing Corp., keeping the same registration number. Financing companies sit under the stricter RA 8556 regime while lending companies follow RA 9474, so a conversion is an upgrade, not a warning sign.

Timing matters too. From November 2021, the SEC froze new online lending platforms under Memorandum Circular 10 of 2021. Then the gate reopened. Circular 20 of 2026 lifted the moratorium: signed July 7, 2026, effective August 1, 2026. Mabilis Cash is pushing into a market that just came back online, which is why searches for the brand are spiking while independent coverage stays thin. Cross-check it against every licensed name in our SEC registered lending apps list.

How to borrow from Mabilis Cash: 5 steps

The Mabilis Cash loan app follows the standard Philippine flow, except step one: fake clones exist.

  1. Install the official app. On Google Play the developer reads exactly "Mabilis Cash Financing Corp." Check that name before installing.
  2. Register with an active mobile number. The site advertises "10s to register, 1min to apply, 5mins to get loan."
  3. Submit one valid government ID. Upload a clear photo and provide basic information. No collateral is required.
  4. Choose an amount within your offered limit (the product ceiling is ₱2,000 to ₱90,000) and read the disclosed rate, term, and total repayment before you confirm. The website shows no rates, so this disclosure is your only window into the price.
  5. Wait for the decision and the money. Approval can come in as fast as 5 minutes per the store listing, but the site's FAQ asks borrowers to allow up to 24 hours for funds to reflect. Payout goes to a bank account or GCash.

The real cost of a Mabilis Cash loan: a worked example

The Google Play listing carries the only concrete price the lender publishes anywhere:

Figure Value (Google Play example)
Principal received ₱10,000
Term 91 days
Total interest ₱1,812
Total repayment ₱11,812
Monthly payment ₱3,937 (three installments)

Source: the MabilisCash Google Play listing, accessed August 28, 2026.

Now the part no listing tells you. Our methodology converts that example into a simple annual rate: (11,812 − 10,000) ÷ 10,000 × 365 ÷ 91 × 100% ≈ 72.7%. Call it about 73% per year on this example, our estimate. That sits between the store's disclosed extremes: a minimum APR of 20% for new loans and a maximum APR of 131%, with the actual maximum set by credit assessment.

One more claim deserves arithmetic: the listing says all-in fees run "as low as ₱29 per day for every ₱10,000 borrowed." Do the math: ₱29 × 365 ÷ ₱10,000 ≈ 106% per year. "As low as" is doing heavy lifting there. If you want to stress-test any offer against your own budget, run it through our loan calculator. What borrowers say (and what we could not verify)

Straight answer: we found no borrower reviews we can verify for this Mabilis Cash loan app. Our editorial policy forbids inventing quotes or drawing stars, so this section carries neither. The brand is young in its current form, and thin review history is itself a fact about the product.

Red flags: fake apps wearing the Mabilis Cash name

Two SEC advisories in 2026 flagged fake apps wearing the Mabilis Cash name. Being registered did not protect the brand from impostors.

Two documented waves. In March 2026 the SEC's second advisory on unrecorded platforms (GMA, March 12, 2026) listed fake App Store clones, and two names imitate this brand: "MabilisCash" and "Mabilis Credit". Then on June 13, 2026, the SEC warned about fakes posing as Mabilis Cash Financing Corp. itself (Inquirer coverage). Both warnings sit in our SEC advisories tracker; both names belong on our illegal loan apps list.

How not to confuse the real one with a clone:

I log every advisory for our tracker, and this brand is the clearest example yet that registration protects a company on paper, not your phone screen.

Frequently asked questions

Is Mabilis Cash SEC registered?

Yes. Mabilis Cash Financing Corp. holds SEC Registration No. CS201907662 and Certificate of Authority No. 1327 as a financing company. Its platform also appears on the SEC's recorded online lending platforms list issued January 26, 2026, still entered under the former name Mali Lending Corp. Checked September 16, 2026.

Is Mabilis Cash legit ba or scam?

The operator is a registered financing company, so the brand itself is legitimate. The danger is imitation: the SEC listed fake "MabilisCash" and "Mabilis Credit" clones in March 2026 and warned about fakes posing as the company in June 2026. Registration also does not make the loan cheap, since the disclosed maximum APR is 131%.

How much can I borrow in Mabilis Cash?

The published credit limit runs from ₱2,000 to ₱90,000, per the Google Play listing, and the limit grows with consistent, on-time repayments. The minimum first loan and individual eligibility are not published.

What is Mabilis Cash interest rate?

The website publishes no rate. The Google Play listing discloses a minimum APR of 20% for new loans and a maximum APR of 131%; the actual maximum depends on credit assessment. Its example: ₱10,000 for 91 days costs ₱1,812 in interest, repaid as ₱11,812.

Is MabilisCash in the App Store the real one?

Treat it as a fake until proven otherwise. The SEC's March 2026 advisory listed an App Store clone called "MabilisCash" among fake apps, alongside "Mabilis Credit". Our September 16, 2026 check found the official listing only on Google Play, under the developer "Mabilis Cash Financing Corp." Verify with the SEC before entering personal data.

The verdict: who should consider the Mabilis Cash loan app

One honest caveat to close. Mabilis Cash rides the first wave after the moratorium lifted August 1, 2026, and its history under this brand is short. The registration is real; the behavior record is still being written, and we re-check after every SEC advisory.

Legit ba? The registration is. The price is yours to check before you sign.
